Positioned on the edge of Watership Down, the self contained studio is set in a conservation area on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has wonderful wildlife walks on its doorstep along the river, into the nearby village of Overton or towards the Harrow Way and the downs.
Inside
Furnished in kingfisher colours, this beautiful and idyllic studio offers peaceful, high quality accommodation including a comfortable 4’6” double bed, a welcoming living area, a separate en-suite shower room and fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, grill and integrated fridge freezer.
Outside
The terrace has outdoor seating to admire the glorious views across Caroline’s garden and the Test valley. During the day, you’ll be able to spot wonderful wildlife fly over the River Test; in the evening, you can enjoy catching the sunset with a drink in your hand.
